Copyright and DMCA notices
Last updated: October 9, 2026
Klipova respects the rights of creators. We don't host the videos, audio or photos people download with our tools — they stay on the original sites. But we can stop our service from processing links to your content.
What we can do
When we receive a valid notice, we block the specific links you list so that Klipova no longer shows download options for them. If the content is also hosted somewhere you don't want it to be, please contact that site directly, because only it can remove the content itself.
How to send a notice
Email [email protected] with:
- your name and contact details (address, phone number and email);
- a description of the copyrighted work you own or represent;
- the exact links (for example YouTube or Instagram URLs) you want us to stop processing;
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent or the law;
- a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the rights holder or authorised to act on its behalf;
- your physical or electronic signature.
What happens next
We review notices promptly, usually within a few working days. Valid notices lead to the listed links being blocked; we may contact you if something is unclear. Incomplete notices can't be processed.
Misuse
Sending a false notice can have legal consequences. Please make sure you own the rights, or are authorised to act for the owner, before sending a notice.
