Klipova Helper browser extension
A Download button right on the sites you watch — no copying links
Klipova Helper brings the downloader to the page you're already on. When you open a video or a post on a supported site, a Download button appears in the corner. Click it, choose the quality and the file is saved — no copying and pasting links.
What it does on each site
- YouTube (Firefox only): every quality from 144p to 4K with sound, plus audio (M4A), on any video or Short. The video is processed entirely in your browser; audio and video are joined on your computer. Chrome and Edge store rules don't allow YouTube downloads, so their version doesn't include YouTube.
- Instagram: Reels, videos, photos, carousels, stories and highlights. Stories always require an Instagram login; in the browser where you're signed in, the extension downloads them with your own session. If a post is only visible when you're signed in — for example from a private account you follow — the extension reads it with your own Instagram session, right in your browser.
- TikTok: watermark-free videos, photo slideshows and the sound as MP3.
- Facebook, X, Reddit, Pinterest, Vimeo, Dailymotion and VK: videos — and photos where the site allows — in the qualities each site offers.
- Toolbar button: click the Klipova icon to open the current page in Klipova.
Built for privacy
- Minimal permissions: the extension can only start downloads and talk to Klipova's server; it runs only on the supported sites.
- Your login stays in your browser: your Instagram session and cookies are never sent to Klipova.
- No tracking: the extension doesn't collect your browsing history or show ads.

The extension is being prepared for the browser stores. The list below shows where it can be installed; the website keeps working without it in every browser.
