By using Klipova you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

The service

Klipova provides free web tools that help you save media from public web pages, convert video files you own and read the subtitles of public videos. The service is provided "as is": features, supported sites and limits may change at any time, and some content can't be processed.

Your responsibility for content

Klipova is a tool; it does not own, host or license the content you download. You may only download, convert or reuse content that:

  • you created yourself, or
  • the rights holder has allowed you to use, or
  • you are allowed to use under the law that applies to you (for example private copying or fair use, where that exists).

Platforms such as YouTube, Instagram or TikTok have their own terms, which may restrict downloading. You are responsible for complying with those terms and with copyright law.

Acceptable use

You must not:

  • use Klipova to infringe copyright or other rights of others;
  • try to bypass copy protection (DRM), paywalls or access restrictions;
  • use the service to access private content without permission;
  • send automated or bulk requests, scrape the service or try to get around request limits;
  • upload files that are illegal or that you have no right to process;
  • attack, overload or try to gain unauthorised access to our systems.

We may limit or block access to protect the service and other users.

Files you upload

Files you upload to a converter are used only to perform the conversion and are deleted within one hour. You keep all rights to your files.

No warranty and limitation of liability

The service is provided free of charge and without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Klipova is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service — including lost files, failed downloads or content you downloaded.

Independence

Klipova is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook or any other site it works with. All trademarks belong to their owners.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
